Celebrating cultural heritage through fashion design
This was the theme of the work presented and defended by Magali Mbala Mbala, entitled “Design of a ceremonial dress inspired by the raffia mat” — a creation that showcases African cultural heritage through fashion.
The work was defended for the Bachelor's degree in Arts and Crafts, majoring in Fashion Design, at the Higher Institute of Arts and Crafts of Mbujimayi.
