LONA Foundation and ISAM Mbujimayi: 15 winners selected for the special scholarship

About two weeks after the selection test for the LONA Foundation's EXCELLENTIA programme, the official results are now available. Of the 95 applicants, 15 students have been selected to join this major project supported by the First Lady, Denise Nyakeru Tshisekedi.
This success marks the start of ambitious support for the students. The scholarships are part of a wider project to award 100 scholarships to students enrolled in the Institute's flagship programmes: Garment Technology and Fashion Design. It is a strategic choice aimed at professionalising these artistic and technical fields.
This achievement owes much to the dynamic leadership of the Director General of ISAM/Mbujimayi, Professor Peter Ngala Ntumba. Under his management, the Institute has found new momentum, combining academic rigour with openness to strategic partnerships.
Delivering this programme shows the current leadership's ability to attract outside resources and offer real opportunities to local young people. By placing excellence at the heart of its governance, ISAM's Director General and his team are showing that effective management is the cornerstone of talent development.
Warmest congratulations to all the award winners from the Higher Institute of Arts and Crafts of Mbujimayi.
