Cécilia Lusamba's leadership serving students' development
True to her vision of close, accessible representation, Cécilia Lusamba, President of the ISAM Student Union, has launched a series of meetings with students. Built on dialogue and innovation, the initiative aims to strengthen student support and guarantee an excellent academic experience at this leading institution.
This first meeting brought together first-year Bachelor's students (L1) from flagship programmes such as Fashion Design, Garment Technology and Beauty Therapy. Far from a mere formality, it allowed the President to gather her fellow students' constructive suggestions for further improving their learning environment.
For Cécilia Lusamba, the initiative reflects the democratic vitality of ISAM: “It was essential for me to listen to my fellow students so that I could carry their ambitions to the Institute's leadership.” This cooperation between students and the Management Committee shows ISAM's determination to keep evolving so as to remain at the forefront of technical and artistic education.
Beyond academic matters, the meeting served as a springboard for the year's major events. ISAM is preparing to celebrate its ninth anniversary and International Women's Day in particular style, and promises once again to exceed expectations by turning these occasions into showcases for students' skills and creativity.
