Final-year dissertation defences begin at ISAM Mbujimayi

On Wednesday 3 September, the Higher Institute of Arts and Crafts (ISAM) of Mbuji-Mayi launched its series of final-year dissertation defences. These dissertations crown several years of training and are an important milestone in students' academic journey.
Before their respective juries, the candidates presented and defended their research findings, showing the knowledge and skills acquired throughout their studies.
ISAM's Director General, Peter Ngala Kabashadi, officially opened the session, stressing the importance of this academic exercise in training future job creators and drivers of local development.
Emotion, joy and sharing marked the defences, which will run over several days, giving each student the chance to convince the jury of the relevance and scientific rigour of their work.
